How do I make a reservation?

It’s easy! You may reserve securely, by calling our office at 9653663377/ 022- 42666661 or emailing us at bookings@tarvelindiamarketing.com

We accept UPI payments, Debit /credit cards, Bank Transfers & Cash payment. Please check with us at the time of booking if you prefer any other mode of making a payment.

Are there any additional fees?

12% GST will be levied on your room rate and 5% GST on your Food Bills.

We have limited Parking available. Please let us know when making your reservation if you will need parking.

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please call us at 9653663377/ 022- 42666661 or email us at bookings@travelindiamarketing.com. Please note that changes to your reservation may affect your nightly rate. Any changes made within 04 days of arrival may be subject to our cancellation policies.

Cancellations are difficult for a small business like ours. But, if you must, you may cancel your reservation in writing up to 5 days before your arrival date. No cancellation fee will be applied, If you cancel the booking within 4 days of you arrival 25% cancelation charges will be applicable. If you cancel the booking within 48 hours arrival 100% cancelation charges will be applicable. Please email us at bookings@travelindiamarketing.com or call on 9653663377/ 022- 42666661 to notify us of your cancellation.

Our Check-in time is at 1400 hrs. You may request an early check-in by emailing us at bookings@travelindiamarketing.com the day before arrival to see if your unit will be ready early. If we cannot accommodate an early check-in, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us in Apartment. Our check out time is 11:00 am.

The rooms are cleaned on daily basis. However, as part of our sustainability initiatives we change Room Linen on request.

In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to kindly present the government approved photo identity proof with address of you and your companion(s) (if any) while checking-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationality guest must provide Government Approved Photo ID.

Pets are not allowed.

We do have a Common Dining Area where we serve all the meals and we also provide 24/7 In-Room Dining menu for our guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Rooms and Indoor Common Areas.

We don’t but there are some nice pubs close by that we can recommend. We also don’t allow any consumption of Alcohol in any common areas of the apartment.

To ensure safety of Single Lady travelers, we offer rooms which have their main entrance under 24 x 7 CCTV surveillance. We also have double lock on main door of the rooms. We have 24 X 7 Emergency Helpline no. for handling any concerns during the stay. We also offer In Room Dinning of all the meals during their stay.

We do not allow unmarried couples. This is a Corporate Service Apartment and mainly used by senior executives travelling on official travel.
