Reservation and Supervision of Guesthouse
A dedicated reservation staff will be managing the guesthouse inventory and all email communications.
Dedicated Online Portal access with dashboard for complete MIS report.
A Dedicated Supervisor will be deployed for the Guest House.
Supervisor will meet all the guests and attend to problems if any.
24 Hrs Hotline number will be displayed at the Guest House.
Management of Kitchen & Hospitality Services
Preparation of Breakfast / Lunch, Dinner and Snacks for the guests.
Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the Kitchen.
Necessary equipment need to be arranged.
A Waiter / Steward will serve food and beverage to the guests.
Take care of the cutlery and crockery used by the guests.
Hygiene and Sanitation of the dining hall.
To serve food hot and at right time to the guests.
Management of Linen
Linen (Bed Sheets and Towels) will be changed on daily basis.
Laundry Services to be provided.
Inventory to be provided on monthly basis.
Management of Pest Control
Pest & Rodent Control will be done on quarterly basis.
Sanitation to be done every fortnight.
Management of Housekeeping and Trash Control
Cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms.
Remove and dispose of refuse and rubbish at the assigned area.
Clean all windows, doors and ventilators. Polish all brassware.
Hoover carpets and clean the corridors. Maintain a polite, dignified and helpful attitude towards the guests.
Guest Feedback Tracking
Guest feedback will be collected and shared with the company admin on a quarterly basis.
Staff Management
Providing replacement for Housekeeping and Kitchen staff at the guesthouse.
Verification of all the staff deployed at the Guest House.
All staff onsite will be covered under PF & ESIC scheme & will be drawing more than minimum wages set by the State Government.
